David L. Eddy’s primary areas of practice are real estate, title insurance, closings, estate planning, small business formation, guardianships, and probate. He received a B.S. degree in accounting with high honors from the University of Arkansas in 1978 and received a J. D. with honors from the University of Arkansas in 1981. He is a certified public accountant (1980) on inactive status. He is a member Arkansas Bar Association (chair of Real Estate Law Section from 1999-2001), former member and president, Russellville School Board, and a member of the Russellville Lions Club since 1983. David lives in Russellville with his wife, Theresa.

Paul Eddy was born and raised in Russellville. He graduated from Russellville High School in 2009 with highest honors. Afterward, he attended the University of Arkansas where he majored in accounting at the Sam M. Walton School of Business. He graduated magna cum laude with a B.S.B.A. degree in 2013, and went on the pass the Certified Public Accountant exam the same year 2013.  Paul attended the University of Arkansas School of law where he graduated magna cum laude with his J.D. degree in 2016.  After passing the Arkansas Bar Exam in 2016, Paul joined the firm as a practicing attorney and obtained his title insurance license. Paul lives in Russellville with his wife, Abbey, and their sons, James and Drew.

Abbey Eddy was born and raised in Quitman, Arkansas.  After graduating from high school in 2009, she attended Arkansas Tech University and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science in 2013.  Abbey received her juris doctorate degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2016.  Since graduating and passing the Arkansas Bar Exam, she has specialized in domestic relations and probate law.  Abbey is a licensed attorney ad litem and is appointed by local judges to represent children in various court proceedings.  Abbey has been married to Paul since 2017, and they share two sons, James and Drew.
